These terms apply when you visit or buy from loveandshineco.com, operated by Love & Shine Co.™ in Ontario, Canada. By using our site or placing an order, you agree to them. Our Privacy Policy, Refund & Return Policy and Shipping Policy are part of these terms.

1. Using our site

You must be at least the age of majority where you live (18 or 19 in most of Canada) to place an order, or have a parent's or guardian's permission. You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to access it without permission, or use it for anything unlawful.

2. Products and colours

We do our best to show products accurately. Colours can look different on each screen, and because items are printed to order, small variations in print placement and shade are normal and aren't considered defects. Product photos may be digital mock-ups.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and may change without notice. We may correct pricing or listing errors, and we can cancel and fully refund any order placed at an incorrect price. Payment is taken when you place your order.

4. Orders

Your order confirmation email is not an acceptance of your order. We may refuse or cancel any order, for example if an item is unavailable or we suspect fraud, and we'll refund you in full if we do.

5. Discount codes

Promo codes are valid only during their stated dates, can't be combined unless we say so, have no cash value, and can't be applied to past orders.

6. Custom and personalized orders

For custom names, colours or sizes, you're responsible for checking spelling and details before ordering. You confirm you have the right to use any text or images you send us. We may decline requests that are offensive or infringe someone else's rights.

7. Digital products

eBooks and printables are licensed for personal, non-commercial use only. You may print them for your own household, but you may not resell, share, or redistribute the files.

8. Intellectual property

All designs, images, text and logos on this site, including the Love & Shine Co.™ name and "Made with Love. Designed to Shine.™", belong to us. You may not copy or use them without our written permission.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We aren't liable for indirect or incidental losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law.
