We ship to Canada and the United States. Each order is made for you, then shipped with tracking.

Processing time

Orders take 5–7 business days to produce before they ship. During busy seasons (late November to December), allow a few extra days. Orders with several items may arrive in separate packages.

Free standard shipping to Canada on orders of CAD $75 or more. There is no free-shipping offer for the US.

Delivery times are estimates from the carrier and aren't guaranteed. For holiday gifts, we recommend ordering by December 5.

Tracking

You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. If it hasn't moved in 7 business days, email us and we'll follow up with the carrier.

Duties and taxes

Applicable sales taxes are charged at checkout. Cross-border orders may occasionally be charged duties or brokerage fees by customs, which are the customer's responsibility.

Lost or stolen packages

If tracking shows your order as delivered but you can't find it, check with neighbours and your local post office, then contact the carrier. If a package is lost in transit, email us within 30 days of the ship date and we'll work with you on a replacement. We can't be responsible for packages stolen after the carrier confirms delivery.
